Tube connector 50, teethed, 15° adjustable
Item number: 167Tube connector, teethed, 15°adjustable, glass fiber reinforced polyamide plastic, one side slotted, for 50 mm round tubes.
These parts are used in pairs that allow a demountable connection. The relative position of two connectors can be adjusted in 15° steps. A stainless steel bolt and a V4A screw nut hold the connectors in place. The tubes that are about to be connected include a 9 mm drilling hole in the middle, simply apply the connectors, insert the bolt, adjust the angle and fasten when you are satisfied with the angle.
Due to the toughness of these connectors we can use them even with those launching trolleys that have to bear a weight of 500 kg. They are our standard solution for bringing two tubes together. Examples of products that use these connectors are:
