Thank you very much for your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. The following document provides you with comprehensive information on how we handle your data.

1. Access details and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing personal information. Each time you access a website, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file
which includes, for instance, the names of the requested files, your IP address, the date and time of access, the quantity of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access details), and documents the access attempt.

These access details are only monitored in order to ensure the website operates without disruption and to improve our services. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. f GDPR, the purpose of this evaluation is to safeguard our legitimate interest in displaying our website correctly, which outweighs your own interests in this case. All access details are deleted before seven days have elapsed from the end of your page visit.

Hosting services from a third-party provider
As part of data processing carried out on our behalf, a third-party provider provides us with services related to hosting and displaying the website. The purpose of these services is to safeguard our legitimate interest in displaying our website correctly, which outweighs your own interests in this case. All data collected as described in the following in the course of your use of this website or in provided forms in the online shop is processed on this provider's servers. We collect personal data if you provide it to us voluntarily during your order, when you contact us (for instance via the contact form or via e-mail), or when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are designated as such, since we require the data in these cases to carry out the contract or process your contact, or to open your customer account. If you do not provide the information in these fields, you cannot complete the order or open the account, or cannot send the contact inquiry. These input forms indicate the data we collect. We use data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. b GDPR to carry out the contract and process your inquiry. After the contract has been carried out in full or after your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted from further processing, and will be deleted after the end of the retention period under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data, or unless we reserve further use of the data beyond what is permitted by law. We will inform you of such reservations in this declaration. You can delete your customer account at any time by notifying the contact person indicated in the Legal Notice.

Depending on the payment provider you select during the ordering process, we will submit the payment data collected to process the payments to the credit institution commissioned with the payment, as well as to any payment providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment provider will also collect this data itself if you create an account with them. In this case, you must log in to the payment provider with your access details during the ordering process. The data protection declaration of the respective payment provider applies in this case.
Data transmission to shipping providers
