Cancellation policy


Consumers have the right to cancel within fourteen days.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without providing grounds.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last article.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us ("cadKat"- and "EuroTrax" Sonderkonstruktionen GmbH, Redderkoppel, 9A, 24159 Kiel, info@cadkat.de, Germany, Phone: +49431395887) a clear declaration (such as a letter, fax, or e-mail) indicating your decision to cancel this agreement. You can use the enclosed cancellation form template to do so, although this is not required.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you wend your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we will repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing another type of delivery besides our least expensive standard delivery option) promptly, and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the notification that you are cancelling this agreement. We will use the same payment method for this repayment that you used in your original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees in relation to the repayment. We can deny repayment until we have received the returned goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly, and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us you would be cancelling this agreement. If you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day term, the deadline will be considered as met. You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. We can provide you with an individual freight quote for goods with characteristics that do not allow them to be returned via normal mail. You are only responsible for paying for any drop in the value of the goods if this drop in value was caused by any handling of the goods not associated with an inspection of their features, characteristics and function (wear and tear).
