The standard wheels are simply replaced with the balloon wheels. The fixation is achieved by using the full-floating axle as usual. The replacement process can take place almost anywhere, for example on the beach’s parking lot. There is no need for tools nor do you have to spend a lot of time connecting the EuroTrax wheels to your wheelchair. The balloon wheels do not only allow you to move over sandy beaches but also through forests, snow or other soft and respectively “difficult” kinds of ground.

The full potential can be achieved if either children, teenagers or people up to a body weight of 75 kg / 165 lbs use the upgrade set. Any weight beyond that can be very hard to move depending on the ground and the person behind the wheelchair.
