Our patented tube connectors from the
cad.connection-series for 35mm round tubes. These parts are used in pairs that allow a demountable connection. The relative position of two connectors can be adjusted in 15° steps. A stainless steel bolt and a V4A screw nut hold the connectors in place. The tubes that are about to be connected include a 9 mm drilling hole in the middle, simply apply the connectors, insert the bolt, adjust the angle and fasten when you are satisfied with the angle.
These tube connectors are made from glass fiber reinforced polyamide plastic and are therefore nearly indestructible, even after years of use. Connectors will always hold on to one another tightly, annoying bouncing or grinding are impossible.
Due to the toughness of these connectors we can use them even with those launching trolleys that have to bear a weight of 500 kg. They are our standard solution for bringing two tubes together. Examples of products that use these connectors are:

Since we don't weld in order to connect parts you have strong advantages:
Weld seams are always a threat to a trolley's functionality since they are naturally the weakest part of the design. They also have to be coated in order to apply corrosion protection which will not hold for long anyway. You will have to pay more to keep your trolley safe and functional and there is no smart way to disassemble the whole thing without breaking it if the product is welded. That's why we believe in connectors - not in welding. cadKat quality pays off in no time.
