Both upper and lower hand are made from 3mm (.12in) strong Neoprene which shields your hand exceptionally well from cold. Exposed inner surfaces let you hold on much easier and conserve efficiently your much needed energy on water. Additionally you get a great deal of sensitiveness and control over your equipment.
