… There are many uses for our drawbar. Sheethands appreciate it because they can maneuver the trolley more easily, without having to crawl halfway under the boat. Single-handed sailors like our drawbar because it can be custom-mounted off-center. This means that the cat sailor can lift the cat with one hand in the front and move the trolley into the correct position under the boat with the other.

The drawbar is also very useful in areas with ebb and flow, where the trolley has to be moved frequently behind the changing water line. In some areas, the flood tide can move as far as several kilometers while you are out sailing! If you set sail during high tide and come back after 2 hours, it is possible that you will land far from your trolley. Then someone has to go get the EuroTrax. If no drawbar is mounted, they will have to carry the trolley.
Or, if you set sail during low tide, it can happen that the rising tide carries your EuroTrax away. Again, the trolley has to be brought to safety. Another case for our drawbar…
